Palm Oil Offered in solid form this is a very hardy oil and is a favourite of the fish and chip shop and other high throughput catering establishments.

Sunflower Oil Current thinking makes this the preferred choice of many health concious chefs. It is not as long lasting as vegetable oil for frying or cooking but offers an excellent choice.

Extra Long Life Vegetable Oil This is partially hydrogenated vegetable oil which, at room temperature is a semi-solid. Slightly more expensive than vegetable oil which is offset by its longer lasting qualities.

Lard This is an animal fat supplied in solid form. It is a robust fat and ideal for frying, cooking and pastry making.

Groundnut Oil A good very hard wearing oil made from crushed peanuts. It is used for deep and shallow frying and has a slight nutty flavour.

Groundnut Blend This is a blend of groundnut and vegetable oils which offer a superb deep or shallow frying medium.
